I have over 20 years of experience in F500 education and communications departments, including a background in multi-media and project management for large-scale global training initiatives. I've consulted with senior management at multi-national companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, T-Mobile, Boeing, LA Fitness, and Philips Healthcare. I have a gift of coming into high-stress environments and shifting the feeling-tone of the room into experiences that are supportive, fun and memorable for all.

Fun Fact: I am the host of two podcasts, COUCH to ACTIVE and The Lindberghs. Why do I still do voice recordings? Because I love it!
